Check-out is before 10:00. The day before, please inform reception of the departure time and make sure you still have to pay the tourist tax and any outstanding expenses. The accommodation must be left in the state in which it was at the beginning of the stay. Return the mattresses to their original positions if moved, check that you have not carelessly left plates, glasses and cutlery in the apartments of friends or family. The guest is required to wash the dishes, clean the kitchen and rearrange the crockery, throw away the garbage (see paragraph “Garbage”) and bring the sheets back to the office if rented. The furniture must be placed in its original place and the refrigerator must be turned off.

In the event that we have given you permission to come on holiday with us with your dog, you will have noticed that we have not charged you any additional costs or deposits for this convenience. On the other hand, we ask you to leave the house clean from hair on your departure. We remind you that dogs are not allowed on the sofa, on the beds and on the blankets, but they will have to sleep in their kennel which you must bring from home. Here there are no collection bins for dog waste. Dog waste must be treated as unsorted waste. The closest veterinay is in Vestone (8 km). The closest veterinary emergency room open 24 hours a day is in Cunettone di Salò (19 km).

The water from the tap is drinkable. It's strange to have to write this, but many customers ask us if the water is drinkable. Yes, the water here is drinkable too!

Reception and minimarket are open from the Pentecost period until mid-September. From the second week of July until the end of August we are open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 15:00, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. On Sundays we are only open from 8:00 to 12:00. In the remaining months, barring variations, we are open from 8:00 to 12:00 and closed on Sundays. The bread generally runs out around 9:30.

2 km away in Pieve Vecchia is “La Bottega”. At 5 km in Lavenone there is the "Coop" (open on Sundays from 8:00 to 12:00 in July and August). The butcher's shop is 200 m south of the village entrance. Shops with typical products, local cheeses, salami: Paolo Market in Ponte Caffaro (8 km), Alimentari da Nello in Bagolino (15 km).

Gluten-free products can be bought in all supermarkets, but if you are looking for a wider and quality choice we recommend these two shops: Zero&Zero a Gavardo (20 km) e TrentiNOglutine a Lodrone (10 km). In restaurants you can easily order gluten-free dishes.

If you want to make an appointment with our family doctor during the week, you must inform us before 9:00 in the morning. In the evening after 20:00 and during the weekend 24 hours a day you must call 116117 to contact the doctor on duty. Simply call the number 116117, after the message on the answering machine you must press 1 and remain on hold. The closest Emergency Department is in Gavardo (40 Km). The closest pharmacy is in Pieve Vecchia (2 Km). For the ambulance call 112. A defibrillator hangs outside the reception.

In the Tre Capitelli Tourist Village there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers near the tennis court, from 08.00 to 17.00. The token and the detergent can be bought in the office. Alternatively you can use the coin-operated laundry in Lemprato and while waiting take a nice walk on the lake shore and have a drink in one of the lakefront bars.

Only for use by customers within the village. It is located on the lake, is 10 x 20 m wide and 1.35 m deep and is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The swimming pool is not supervised and children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. It is forbidden to dive, use rubber boats, mattresses and balls. For hygienic reasons, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory.

The lawns of the tourist village near the beach are available to all customers, they cannot be cluttered with sails, windsurf boards and sups (the steep meadow areas must be used). You cannot place or hang anything on the fences on the lake shore.

The windsurfing school is open from mid-June to the beginning of September in the Tre Capitelli Village. There are courses for beginners. You can rent windsurfs, sailboats, motor boats, canoes and sup.

Tuesday in Ponte Caffaro and every Wednesday in Crone at Lake Idro. Friday in Vobarno in Valla Sabbia. The market takes place on Tuesdays in Desenzano, Saturday in Salò, at Lake Garda from 08.00 to 12.00. A real popular market is held every first Monday of the month in Nozza, always in the morning. On the second Sunday of September each year, an all-day fair is held in Ponte Caffaro.

We have four 3kWh electric car charging stations that only provide electricity between 11.00pm in the evening and 7.00am in the morning. They are standard sockets into which a plug identical to that of a household appliance must be inserted. The service is subject to a fee and must be booked at reception during opening hours to the public. For fast charging there are charging stations at Camping Rio Vantone (7 km).

If you have a breakdown with your car, you can go to the Autofficina Silvestri garage in Pieve Vecchia (2 km).

The WiFi password inside your accommodation is shown on the key holder. The speed is 30 megabytes. Notify us immediately if there is an absence of signal so that we can intervene promptly on the router. You absolutely do not have to handle the router.

Bicycles, mountain bikes and E-bikes can be rented at the "Bike 3 Lands" shop in Pieve Vecchia, just 2 km away from our village.

If you need a taxi (it is not cheap) to go to the train station in Brescia or to the airports of Verona or Bergamo you must call this taxi service +39 347 908 76 84. Alternatively you can use the bus which however runs very few trips. Here you will find the bus timetable from Tre Capitelli to Brescia. In Brescia you must then take the train to Bergamo or Verona.

To get permission to fish on Lake Idro you have to transfer €23 to the Regione Lomabardia with this IBAN IT95D0306909790100000300047 and BIC / SWIFT BCITITMM and write in the description "tassa pesca - licenza di tipo B". After the transfer has been made, a copy must be printed and kept as a receipt. Under 18 years old and over 65 years old are allowed to fish without a permit. If by chance you find ants in your home, don't worry. The house is clean. It is a natural phenomenon. It happens very rarely, but it can happen. Ants enter the house during storms and variable weather situations. Come to the reception and we will give you an excellent product against ants that is harmless to humans.
